Brewed with an uncomplicated grist of American 2 Row barley and German Vienna malt, and a judicious an amount of Crystal malt. Hopped quite generously in the kettle with Columbus, Centennial & Cascade. Fermented with a classic American ale yeast, and walloped with two back-to-back Simcoe/Amarillo//Centennial dry hop additions. -Notes of pink grapefruit, candied orange, unripe peach, candied peach rings spruce and citrus flower.
