The Tapiz Sparkling Malbec Rosé Extra Brut is a highly regarded, distinctive sparkling wine produced by Bodega Tapiz in the high-altitude San Pablo IG sub-region of the Uco Valley in Mendoza, Argentina. Made using the traditional Méthode Champenoise (secondary fermentation in the bottle) and aged on its lees for 9 to 10 months, it offers a vibrant alternative to traditional red Malbecs.
