Maryland - This blend of 8 barrels brings together 13Y high-rye, with 10Y high-rye, 10Y low-rye, and 1 barrel of 10Y high-rye double oak. The nose is reminiscent of a cinnamon pastry with vanilla icing. The pallet moves from gingerbread and brown sugar into soft baking spices before seamlessly finishing with rich, sweet oak.
