Produced by winemaker Moritz Bak from 40–60 year old vines grown on schist soil, it is noted for its balance of ripe red fruit and dark, savory notes.
Characterized by intense dark fruits, smoky spice, and unsweetened dark chocolate. It is described as "terroir-driven" with high acidity and a long, clean finish.
