Structured by fine, firm tannins and well integrated acidity, we love to pair this food friendly wine with grilled beef or portabella mushroom dishes. Sourced from world class vineyards in the Wahluke Slope region of the Columbia Valley. Aged for 15 months in a combination of 20% new and 80% used French oak barrels. Enjoy now or hold for 5-10 years.
