MAL BIEN ZACATE LIMON MEZCAL

Mexico - Mal Bien Zacate Limón is an original recipe from the late maestro mezcalero Lucio Morales Lopez in San Dionisio Ocotepec, Oaxaca. This mezcal is now produced by his surviving family, specifically his son Oscar Morales. Freshly cut lemongrass is added to the stills before the second distillation, and a bit more is macerated in the finished product for an extra touch of aromatics and color.
