Tasting Notes: Our 2023 Pinot Gris is a bright expression of Coastal California. Aromas of lemon meet farmer’s market sliced pear and green apple, filling the palate with hints of pineapple and lemon. A subtle minerality follows through to a clean, refreshing finish. Winemaking Notes: After harvest, the grapes were fermented in stainless steel tanks. To preserve the delicate floral and stone fruit aromas, we used cool fermentation, which created a bright, refreshing finish. Food Pairings: Steamed Mussels, Quinoa Salad, Cauliflower Tacos.
