Foursquare Rum Penultimus is a 15-year-old, 750ml single blended Barbados rum from the Exceptional Cask Selection (Mark XXX). It is aged for 10 years in ex-bourbon barrels, followed by 5 years in ex-Moscatel barrels, bottled at 57% ABV (114 proof). It offers a complex profile of molasses, dried fruits, citrus, and baking spices.
