Guyana - Diamond Reserve White Rum is a white Demerara rum produced by Demerara Distillers Limited, the last remaining distillery in Guyana. Distilled from 100% molasses, primarily in DDL’s heritage four-column metal French Savalle still, this white rum displays a vigor which lends itself incredibly well to cocktails! A faintly floral, vegetal nose with subtle undertones of fresh cream transitions to a dry palate of vanilla, white peppercorn, and fresh cut grass.
