This premier Cabernet Sauvignon showcases a lush texture and concentrated flavors of blackberry and black cherry. WINE ANALYSIS Blend: 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Syrah Aging: Aged for 24 months in 75% neutral French oak, 25% neutral American oak. Alcohol: 14.5% TA: 0.56 g/100 mL F: Gentle pumpovers were used to extract optimal flavor and color and minimize harsh tannins.
