Each variety is picked earlier than they would be for red wine to emphasize freshness and natural acidity. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a cool temperature yields a delicate pale pink wine that retains aromas of fresh cherries and rose petals. This classically styled Rosé has a subtle complexity and a crisp finish that make it a versatile companion to a variety of foods.
