Acclaimed producer Claire de Montesquiou of Domaine d'Espérance is crafting this line of small-batch Armagnacs exclusively for the wonderful PM Spirits in New York. PM Spirits is committed to full transparency in the production of its extremely limited offerings. In the case of this special high proof Armagnac, the duo selected four casks of extremely high quality and married them to create a seamless and ultra refined expression from this incredible domaine. The distiller was Patrick Michalouski who used an 8 Plate Column (Armagnacaise) and distilled to precisely 52% abv. Each eau-de-vie was aged in new 420L Gascony Pedonculate Oak Barrels. Bottled in March of 2021 with no additives or adjustments what so ever.
