UNCORKED - A Tasting Experience
Uncorked is a limited-seat, ticketed wine and food experience inside The Dram Shop at Angel’s Share. Each evening features a thoughtfully curated lineup of wines paired with food from a local restaurant, all served in the intimate, tucked-away setting of The Dram Shop. It’s a night built around discovering great wine, exploring how it comes to life with food, and enjoying a more personal kind of tasting experience.
Lombardini Lambrusco Amabile
A vibrant ruby-red frizzante wine with just a touch of sweetness. Fragrant red cherries and wild strawberries on the nose, with ripe strawberries, cherries, and raspberries on the palate
- Pairing - Baked Brie with roasted red pepper compote
LaCryma Christi Bianco
Aromatic white blend with notes of pineapple, melon, and peach, as well as floral notes of jasmine. On the palate, fruit and flowers are balanced with salinity and minerality.
